Building Leadership in the Australian Cut Flower and Foliage Industry – (January 2018 – June 2019)

Funded by the federal Department of Agriculture & Water under the Leadership in Ag funds this project will host leadership training course around Australia and a national Next Generation forum in Melbourne in early 2019.  Leadership materials and resources will be developed during the course of the project and communicated to the industry via Australian Flower Industry magazine and the flower industry Knowledge Centre leadership page.

Rural Water Use Efficiency irrigation Futures (RWUE-IF)(July 2017 – June 2018)

The rural water use efficiency—irrigation futures (RWUE-IF) initiative helps growers to make optimise the use of their on-farm water supplies, through efficient irrigation system design, management and helps irrigators reduce the energy consumption associated with their pumping applications.  RWUE-IF is a partnership between the Queensland Government and major rural industries.
